Because all of our products are made using your own photos, each order is a personalised, custom-made item. produced to your unique specification. This means it cannot be resold and is exempt from cancellation and refund rights under UK consumer law once production has begun.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation Window

- After you place your order, we immediatly send an order confirmation email.

- You have 30 minutes from receiving this confirmation to notify us of any errors or to request a cancellation.

- After this 30 minute window, your order may enter production and can no longer be cancelled or amended.

Personalised Products

- Your uploaded image(s), including their crop, brightness, resolution, and orientation, as confirmed in your order confirmation email are printed as supplied by you.

- Please ensure you are satisfied with the preview before checkout, as we do not adjust, enhance or edit your photos unless explicitly stated.

- Due to the differences between back-lit screens and printed media, there may be subtle variations in colour, brightness and contrast. There are normal in professional printing and do not constitute a fault. Your order contains personalised products and as such may not be returned or refunded after we have printed your order.

Returns & Refunds

As your order is personalised, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once printing has commenced, except in the unlikely event that:

The product is arrives damaged in transit, or
We have made a production error (e.g. incorrect size, orientation, or missing items).
If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue so that we can investigate promptly.

Statutory Rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to defective goods.
